1. Not labouring at all today. Starting day with coffee and people/dog watching with Holly, Howie and Evan, the cutest friggin' kid ever.
2. Epic bike ride at Kanata Lakes with Phil, Cat, Mario and Gabrielle. Riding well despite a big crash. Endorphin high afterward.
3. BBQ at Ryan and Rachelle's. Catching up with Dino after his trip out West. Rehashing the fun of last night.
